The Role
We’re looking for an experienced technician who knows their way around low voltage systems and isn’t afraid of a ladder, a crawl space, or a messy IDF closet.
If you’ve worked as a low voltage technician, field service technician, cable technician, or network installer, you probably have the experience we need.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and service:
- CCTV / IP camera systems
- Access control, door access, and badge entry systems
- Structured cabling (Cat5/5e/6/6a, fiber optic)
- VoIP & PBX phone systems
- Audio visual systems, conference rooms, TV mounting
- Handle cable pulling, termination, punch downs, patch panels, and rack & stack
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Routers, switches, LAN/WAN networks
- IP addressing and PoE systems
- Diagnose and fix issues without turning it into a 3-day mystery
- Keep installs clean, organized, and professional
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
- Solid experience in:
- Low voltage cabling & structured network systems
- Security systems (CCTV, access control installation)
- Network installation & troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and get the job done right
- Someone who shows up, communicates well, and takes pride in their work
Bonus Points If You
- Have MSP experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation
- Can maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Have strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP configuration)
- Experience and/or certifications in low voltage, networking, VOIP, or security systems
Work Environment
- Full-time, field-based role
- Commercial and residential job sites
- Ladders, lifts, ceilings, and tight spaces included
