Branch Manager

Key Position Functions Include

• Oversee daily operations of the Branch, ensuring efficient use of company resources and personnel, and consistent application of Company procedures/processes.
• Responsible for inventory integrity, branch stock levels, and movement
• Ensure positive customer relations by meeting customer expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining direct contact with customers as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with the Branch Operations Manager regarding opportunities and challenges with related to branch operations or within the sales territory.
• Establish Budgets and targets for the Branch and Monitor branch financial operations related to sales forecasts, budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Apply effective people management practices with respect to recruitment and selection, progressive discipline, performance reviews, compensation, and general employee relations.
• Continually assess the competency of the organization and develop plans (training, mentoring, etc.) to address gaps and ensure appropriate steps are taken to address the situation
• Ensure Branch operations are in compliance with the Company Health and Safety procedures and that safe work practices are reinforced
  
  

The preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Related post-secondary education, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive oilfield experience with related supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Stream-Flo equipment and the wellhead service industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
