Experience we are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in agency recruiting or executive search firm
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling or sourcing
- Ability to work in office in Williamsville, NY
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database
- Experience with business writing and handling details
Responsibilities:
- As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C-suite roles within our client organizations nationwide.
- Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
- Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Accounting, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Legal.
- Develop and expand relationships with clients, senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
- Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with your team.
