Our client, a well-established and highly respected Northeast regional law firm, is looking to grow the team in their Washington, DC office through the addition of Partner level attorneys. Candidates can have experience in a variety of practice areas, including Energy, Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation and Real Estate/Land Use.
Requirements:
- A portable book of business
- Minimum of 8-10 years legal experience.
- Admitted to practice in Washington DC, as well as neighboring states.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships.
At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is up to $300,000 plus eligible for variable compensation in the form of commissions for closed business. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience, skill level and book of business.
