Business Development Manager — Multifamily Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Stratton Amenities is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our client base across Class A and luxury multifamily communities. This is a field sales role focused on building partnerships with property managers, regional managers, multifamily operators, and ownership groups.
This is not a transactional sales role. The strongest candidates already understand the multifamily industry, carry real relationships within it, and present themselves at the level expected by luxury and hospitality-driven environments.
Strong candidates typically come from one of two backgrounds:
- Sales professionals already selling into multifamily
- Multifamily operators ready to transition into business development
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain relationships with multifamily operators, property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
- Prospect new business opportunities at Class A and luxury communities
- Conduct property visits, in-person meetings, and on-site presentations
- Present Stratton Amenities' concierge and resident hospitality services to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through contract execution
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and disciplined follow-up cadence
- Partner with leadership on territory strategy and market expansion
What we're looking for
- Direct experience selling into multifamily, or direct experience working within multifamily operations
- Established relationships with property management professionals
- Polished, executive-facing presentation appropriate for luxury hospitality environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing a field territory
- Track record of building trust with decision-makers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred backgrounds
- Multifamily vendor sales
- Property management or senior property management at Class A or luxury communities
- Leasing management at luxury or high-rise communities
- Resident experience, lifestyle, or concierge management
- Hospitality sales at luxury hotels or private clubs
Work structure
- Hybrid role combining remote work and field relationship-building
- Primarily Monday through Friday schedule
- Atlanta-based home territory with regional travel
- Monthly travel to other Southeast cities for in-person prospecting
