Key Responsibilities
- Research and compare travel options to secure the most cost-effective rates
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements using platforms such as Deem and Adelman
- Partner with travelers to build clear, accurate itineraries
- Process travel-related expenses, including billable travel and per diem reporting
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO procedures
- Complete required training and stay current on company processes
- Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed
- Associate degree in Travel, Tourism, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Flexibility to work assigned hours based on business needs, including occasional weekend coverage
