Job Brief:
Live Luxe Travel Co. is looking for a Luxury Travel Specialist with a strong customer service background to manage travel reservations/bookings for our global clientbase, assist with administrative tasks as needed. In coordination with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role will handle assisting current and new clients to make, modify and cancel hotel/resort reservations while providing outstanding customer service, communicating with hotel and travel partners on behalf of Live Luxe Travel Co. clients, provide non-client facing admin support to the executive team, and ensure client satisfaction is met before, during and after their travel through personalization, communication and by working closely with hotel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure travel requests are received and responded to in a professional and timely manner
- Qualify client requests, research best options, provide through quotes for travel
- Make, modify and cancel hotel/resort reservations on behalf of clients in an efficient, courteous and timely manner
- Provide outstanding customer service via email, phone, and other electronic methods of communication
- Assist with concierge type requests including booking transportation, dining reservations, spa reservations and activities
- Escalate issues that may come up with bookings in a complete, timely and professional manner to assist in getting them resolved
- Assist with administrative functions relating to the booking, and servicing client bookings and accounting tasks necessary to process electronic or other travel documents as it relates to client requests.
- Provide non-client facing admin support to Executive Team (commission tracking, invoicing, reconciliation and other administrative tasks as needed)
- Ensure client satisfaction is met before, during and after clients travels through personalization, communication and by working closely with suppliers
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with supplier (hotels/resorts, transportation companies, and other suppliers)
- Organize travel documents to create a smooth travel experience for clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Be willing to travel for conferences, trainings and industry events
- Must have smartphone and computer and internet access
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in GSuite applications including GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, GoogleSlides, and Gmail.
- Availability to attend live and recorded online training sessions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently, but always willing to ask for help
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
Live Luxe Travel Co will provide a company issued laptop to perform work duties. Other tools, unless deemed essential for your job or medically necessary, may not be covered.
Salary:
This role offers a starting salary of $50,000, with the opportunity for higher compensation based on relevant experience, expertise, and demonstrated performance.
