Role – Managing/Executive Director
Based in the U.S., this role offers a unique opportunity to work in close collaboration with the senior management team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the BD from its initial stage to full maturity.
Responsibilities
• Lead the complete transaction lifecycle, encompassing deal origination and execution.
• Execute corporate finance deals, including IPOs, follow-ons, private placements, and related transactions.
• Manage comprehensive functions of the BD, such as investment banking business, legal, and compliance, on a dotted line.
• Mentor and coach junior investment bankers, nurturing an elite team towards achieving its full potential.
Requirements
• A university degree in Business/Finance or related field. An MBA and CFA charter holder is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment banking sector with an established track record.
• Demonstrated experience in deal origination and execution in the equity capital market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment banking, inclusive of listing rules and other relevant regulations.
• Holder of series 7, 63, 24, and 79 licenses.
• Reliable and accountable, with the capacity to thrive in a small team setting.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin / Cantonese language.
