We’re looking for an HR Specialist to own People Operations in the US.
You’ll be the go-to HR partner on the ground — running day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and ensuring everything is compliant, structured, and human-centered.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and being a trusted point of contact.
What You’ll Do:
Implement and manage the full HR lifecycle, including:
- Manage employee records and ensure US compliance
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer benefits and insurance
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Partner with global HR to align practices
- Improve processes and maintain HR systems
You Should Have:
- 3 years in HR/People Ops in the US
- Previous aerospace & defense industry experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US employment law
- Experience with benefits administration
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Confident working directly with employees
- HRIS experience (HiBob a plus)
