Responsibiliti

• esLead recruiting efforts across the company to attract high-quality talent for field, project management, and corporate role
• s.Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify the right candidate
• s.Identify and engage strong candidates through industry networks, referrals, and recruiting platform
• s.Conduct initial candidate conversations and guide them through the interview proces
• s.Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams to move candidates efficiently through the proces
• s.Present and extend employment offers to selected candidate
• s.Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunitie
• s.Oversee and mentor the Recruiting Associate supporting the recruiting functio
