Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day operation, condition, and readiness of the company’s headquarters. Owns the building, vendors, and office environment. Ensures the facility is clean, maintained, stocked, and fully operational at all times.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all facility operations, interior and exterior
• Direct cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and service vendors
• Perform routine walkthroughs and address issues immediately
• Coordinate all repairs, maintenance, and recurring services
• Track and close out maintenance items and work orders
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, coffee, and essentials
• Ensure conference rooms and common areas are organized and ready
• Manage vendor access, deliveries, and basic building security
• Act as the point of contact for all facility and office-related needs
Requirements
• Experience in facilities, property, or building management
• Strong ownership and follow-through
• Able to manage vendors and hold them accountable
• Organized and responsive; handles multiple issues at once
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
