This is both a strategic and operational leadership role — combining high-level business development with hands-on client engagement and team management. The role requires a leader who can open doors, structure partnerships, and build a scalable U.S. sales organization.
You will focus on cultivating long-term relationships with scientific, medical, and professional associations, as well as key partners in adjacent sectors such as healthcare, education, and knowledge-based industries.

- Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in scientific, medical, and association sectors.
- Lead, coach, and optimize the performance of the U.S. sales team, ensuring a results-driven and client-centric culture.
- Collaborate closely with European headquarters on pricing models, forecasting, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional association meetings.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, CRM adoption, and measurable revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in professional services, events, or related industries.
- Established network within the scientific, medical, or association ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in scaling commercial teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, analytical depth, and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
- Self-starter with a resilient, goal-oriented, and “go-getter” mentality.
Ideal Profile
This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader who combines strategic vision with the agility to build a business line hands-on — someone equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the front line with clients.
You thrive in environments where initiative, ownership, and measurable results define success.
