About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will report to the Director of Sales! This role is key to ensuring our customers and sales partners receive accurate, efficient, and proactive support. You’ll handle everything from order processing and account setup to reporting and account inquiries, helping us maintain smooth operations and first-class service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the order entry process (EDI manual) in the ERP system
- Monitor and resolve order issues (errors, returns, cancellations) quickly
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain and update pricing files for assigned accounts
- Partner with Sales Managers on account communications
- Provide top-notch account support via phone and email
- Run weekly and monthly sales reports for account managers and sales reps
- Assist sales reps with tradeshow samples, promotional pricing and sales materials
- Manage all aspects of new account setup and annual Certificates of Insurance
- Provide new product information, sales materials, and samples to field sales reps
- Once trained, help identify and implement process improvements to make workflows more efficient
- Other special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales support, or account coordination
- Background in consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interface) order processing and have worked in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (IQMS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
- Tech-savvy and adaptable; able learn and navigate multiple retailer portals and web-based order platforms
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset

What We Offer:
- Salary range $55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience
