Shift timings: Hours: Shift #3 (11pm-7am)
Pay rate: $21.00/hr on w2 without benefits.
Description:

• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, pos, and many other assorted products • What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically • What will the work schedule be for this position? Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours

• Will there be shift differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 to 2 years’ field service experience is needed, more is preferred.
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? Current CompTIA A required, additional certs are nice to have
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $20-22/hr
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 miles, but most days should be less.
