About the Opportunity
Join a leading financial services organization supporting enterprise-scale IT governance and operational excellence initiatives. This role will lead a critical Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program focused on preventing, detecting, and remediating unauthorized changes across complex technology environments.
Role Overview
The ServiceNow Program Manager / Platform Engineer will own and enhance an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection program by consolidating change detection sources into a centralized ServiceNow workflow. This position combines ServiceNow platform expertise, governance leadership, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen change management controls and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection program.
- Consolidate detection sources into centralized ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.
- Design and maintain automated reconciliation between detected events and approved changes.
- Drive investigations and remediation of unauthorized changes.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Application, Mainframe, and Change Enablement teams.
- Oversee ServiceNow integrations, data mapping, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Develop program metrics, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory examination activities.
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams and program initiatives.
