Job Summary
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead and manage an enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program within a highly regulated financial environment. This role will drive ServiceNow-based workflow automation, event reconciliation, change governance, and operational reporting while partnering across Infrastructure, Security, Application, and Mainframe teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise Unauthorized Change Detection (UCD) program.
Consolidate detection sources into centralized ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management and workflow automation solutions.
Design automated reconciliation processes between detected events and approved changes.
Investigate and remediate unauthorized change events.
Manage ServiceNow integrations, data mapping, and reporting capabilities.
Partner with Change Management, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory examination activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across change management processes.
