We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives and software implementations. This role is ideal for a proven project leader who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of healthcare-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and business leaders
- Drive project governance, communication, and change management
- Develop project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior PMs and support PMO best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of technology experience
- 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience leading Healthcare IT projects
- EMR/EHR implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office
