Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12-month contract possible extension
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr. W2. W2 only, we cannot do C2C or 1099
Qualifications & Description:
We are looking for a strategic Product Analyst / Business Analyst hybrid with strong discovery and value-realization experience — must be able to operate upstream of delivery and can validate whether a product initiative is worth building before development ramps up.
Requirements:
- Experienced in product discovery, business analysis, and value assessment
- Comfortable working in pre-product or early product lifecycle phases
- Strong at translating business problems into measurable business outcomes
- Able to build and defend business cases, ROI analysis, and success metrics
- Strong communicator who can work directly with users, stakeholders, and product teams
- Organized and self-directed enough to independently own validation efforts
- Analytical enough to identify gaps in reporting/metrics without being the person building dashboards
