What You’ll Do
- Serve as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance, delivery, and compliance.
- Lead stand-up, stabilization, and steady-state operations for a government-owned, contractor-operated data enclave.
- Act as the primary interface to the Government PM, COR, and contracting stakeholders.
- Direct execution across enclave operations, data linkage, PPRL-related activities, and program operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOW requirements, performance metrics, and delivery schedules.
- Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, and escalations.
- Lead and integrate the Deputy PM / Operations Lead, Security & Compliance Lead, and technical leadership.
- Ensure audit-ready governance artifacts, reporting, and documentation are maintained.
- Support transition planning, change control, and continuity of operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing federal programs involving secure data environments or regulated data operations.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technical, operational, and compliance domains.
- Experience serving as the primary Government-facing lead on federal contracts.
- Ability to operate effectively in FISMA-aligned, compliance-driven environments.
