The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. This role involves collaborating with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Responsibilities:Monitor and assess the condition of laboring patients, including fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs.Provide pain management support and assist with birthing plans, ensuring comfort and safety.Assist during labor and delivery, including providing guidance and support to mothers and families.Administer medications, IV fluids, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.Assist with postpartum care, including monitoring recovery, breastfeeding support, and educating new mothers.Document patient care and delivery details accurately.Respond to emergency situations, ensuring immediate care for both mother and baby.
