The LCSW will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health and emotional well-being. This role requires conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.Diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other disorders.Offer crisis intervention and support in high-stress situations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.Provide referrals to other services or resources as needed.Participate in case reviews, training, and supervision.
