The RN will provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, including those experiencing acute psychiatric crises. This role requires expertise in mental health nursing, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Responsibilities:Assess and monitor patients' mental health, physical well-being, and response to treatment.Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients, families, and caregivers.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.Monitor and respond to behavioral changes, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by managing patient behavior and preventing harm.Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment.Document patient progress, interventions, and treatment plans accurately.
