The RN will provide high-quality, critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, including those recovering from surgery, severe illness, or injury. This role requires strong clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Responsibilities:Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and organ function, making necessary interventions.Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.Provide life-saving interventions, such as CPR, emergency procedures, and ventilator management.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to develop individualized care plans.Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.Document patient care, treatment plans, and progress accurately.Respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies and critical changes in condition.
