A well-established insurance agency north of Boston is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role is focused on servicing an existing book of business and supporting inbound personal lines clients — no cold calling required.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, condo, flood, boat).
- Service renewals and prepare quotes for new and existing clients.
- Finalize policies directly with carriers.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service.
- Support cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Handle inbound leads from producers, walk-ins, and web inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 1 year personal lines account management with quoting experience.
- Massachusetts P&C Producer license preferred (will train).
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Strong organizational and client service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000–70,000 base bonuses annual profit sharing.
- Commission on new and renewal business (if licensed).
