Term: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days a week onsite in Burlington, WA

What You’ll Do
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, demand letters, discovery, and correspondence
- Handle court filings and maintain all deadlines and calendars
- Keep cases organized, moving, and meticulously documented
- Work closely with attorneys and assist with light team coordination
What You Bring
- 3 years of Paralegal experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
- Excellent drafting, filing, and case management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
