Job Overview:
Join our client’s clinical development team as a Clinical Data Manager, leading end-to-end data management activities across global trials. This role drives data strategy, vendor oversight, and quality delivery to support critical decision-making in drug development.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead data management lifecycle from study setup to database lock and close-out.
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with protocol-specific data requirements.
- Approve key deliverables including data flow design, quality plans, and final datasets.
- Integrate diverse data sources (e.g., biomarkers, PK) into cohesive datasets.
- Specify data collection tools and platforms; drive standards compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support study design and data-driven decisions.
- Communicate data milestones, quality metrics, and vendor performance.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Informatics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical data management experience at a sponsor or CRO working in Oncology.
- Strong understanding of data flow, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SAS, R, and SQL.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex data projects.
- Society of Clinical Data Management certification preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours across global time zones.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
