IRT Sr. Project Manager/ Associate Director
We’re seeking an experienced IRT Project Manager to lead the setup, testing, and lifecycle management of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems across Phase I–IV clinical trials. This role ensures protocol alignment, patient safety, and GxP compliance while collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Supply, Data Management, and Biostatistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IRT system setup, testing, and amendments for assigned studies
- Ensure accurate drug dispensation, site setup, and protocol compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize IRT performance
- Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation
- Drive process improvements and contribute to IRT standards and training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- 6–8 years in clinical study management and IRT systems
- Strong knowledge of GCP/GMP and clinical trial operations
