Our Cambridge MA based client is building a new Process Excellence function within Clinical Operations—and we’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented leader to help shape it. This role will drive consistency, inspection readiness, and operational excellence across global clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standards, processes, and guidance documents for clinical study management
- Lead KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage onboarding/offboarding tools and the Clinical Operations Toolkit
- Support audit readiness and serve as liaison with Quality teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and best practices across studies
- Lead training efforts and contribute to integration activities across the portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (scientific discipline preferred); PMP certification a plus
- 6–8 years in clinical research or Quality-GCP functions
- Deep understanding of global clinical trial processes and GCP/FDA regulations
- Strong project management, communication, and change leadership skills
- Experience in oncology and rare disease trials preferred
