Stratacent is seeking a L3 WebLogic Administrator, you will be a core member of a cross-functional, integration team responsible for developing and executing on a vision for the Platform.

Role Summary
The L3 WebLogic Administrator will be responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Oracle WebLogic Server environments. The role involves managing complex middleware infrastructures, ensuring platform stability, supporting high‐severity incidents, and driving continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities
Administration & Support
- Provide L3 technical support for Oracle WebLogic Server across production and non-production environments.
- Manage WebLogic installation, configuration, domain creation, clustering, and deployments.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities for middleware components.
- Monitor server health, JVM performance, thread pools, connection pools, and tune WebLogic parameters.
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues, memory leaks, and high CPU scenarios.
- Support and optimize application deployments through WLST scripts or CI/CD tools.
- Develop automation scripts using WLST, Shell, Python, or similar tools.
- Configure and maintain clustering, load balancing, failover mechanisms, and DR setups.
- Implement WebLogic security realms, SSL, keystores, user/group management, and policies.
- Apply patches, CPU updates, and perform version upgrades.
- Conduct capacity planning, license compliance checks, and infrastructure optimization.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and network/security teams.
- Maintain SOPs, deployment documents, and knowledge base articles for L1/L2 teams.
- 5-10 years of experience in WebLogic administration with L3-level responsibilities.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- WebLogic 10.x/11g/12c
- Domain configuration, JDBC/JMS modules, DataSources
- Clustering and Load Balancing
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, WLST scripting.
- Solid understanding of JVM, GC tuning, performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of web servers (Oracle HTTP Server, Apache, Nginx, IIS).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, OSB, OHS.
- Cloud exposure: OCI, AWS, Azure WebLogic deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized WebLogic setups.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle high-severity incidents under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 on-call rotation if required
