We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join out team. The Customer Service associate is responsible for providing customer support, sales support, field service support and processing orders for company products and services, expediting and coordinating flow of work within or between internal departments, and act as a liaison between customers and the company for resolving any product or service issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMIT TO:
- Process customer orders via phone, mail or fax and provide pricing, delivery & current order status.
- Ensure all orders and services are properly inputted and invoiced.
- Maintain goodwill of customer during service period.
- Obtain customer purchase order numbers when necessary for services performed and products purchased.
- Resolve customer and sales management requests for adjustments in orders or billing.
- Liaison between customers, sales and appropriate internal depts. Provide interdepartmental assistance as required (e.g. accounting, shipping, quality assurance, patient/reimbursement support and field service.)
- 2 to 4 years retail or customer service experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Multi-task capabilities
- Basic computer skills via ERP with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
