STRATA are seeking a Sales Associates to join our sales team! The Sales Associate will support territory sales efforts by developing relationships with dermatology practices, driving product adoption, and supporting revenue growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to medical device sales and a clear path for career advancement. The sales territory for this position is the Northeastern US and you will need to reside in either NY, NJ or PA. Travel requirement is 75%. Responsibilities:Support field sales activities within an assigned territoryBuild and maintain relationships with dermatologists, practice managers, and clinical staffAssist with product demonstrations, training, and in-service supportHelp drive new account acquisition and expand utilization within existing accountsTrack activity and opportunities using CRM toolsCollaborate with regional and national sales leadership to execute growth strategies Qualifications:4 year college degree and 6 months experience in salesProven track record of field sales experience in B2B sales, medical device sales is preferredAbility to comprehend and explain technical products and equally represent all product segmentsStrong negotiation skills and relationships skills with customers at all levels (MD, PA, Nurse, Office Mgr)Deadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionSTRATA Skin Sciences is a medical technology company dedicated to developing, commercializing and marketing innovative products for the in-office treatment of various dermatologic conditions such as psoriasis, vitiligo, and acne.
