The Line Cook role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to the restaurant’s standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned stations throughout service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and accuracy during all shifts
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to support smooth service
- Assist with station setup, breakdown, and daily prep responsibilities
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Properly label, store, and rotate products according to established procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to kitchen leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout service
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented kitchen culture
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
