Position Overview
The Line Cook role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to the restaurant’s standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Line Cooks play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by maintaining strong culinary execution, organization, and teamwork throughout service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned stations throughout service
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and accuracy during all shifts
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to support smooth service
  • Assist with station setup, breakdown, and daily prep responsibilities
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Properly label, store, and rotate products according to established procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to kitchen leadership
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout service
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
  • Ability to work efficiently and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary : $22 - $28
