🚨 We’re Hiring: Behavior Specialist (Full-Time) | Hospital-Based Severe Behavior Program 🚨

At Straith Hospital, we’re growing Michigan’s first hospital-based Specialized Intervention for Severe Behavior Program, providing intensive, evidence-based care for children and young adults with autism who present with complex and severe challenging behavior.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience at the highest level of care, working directly alongside BCBAs and BCBA-Ds within a multidisciplinary hospital team.
- Implement assessment and treatment procedures under BCBA supervision
- Collect, graph, and help analyze real-time clinical data
- Support functional assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Assist with caregiver training and skill generalization
- Contribute to a structured, team-based, data-driven clinical environment
- 🏥 Work in a hospital-based program (not dependent on client cancellations - guaranteed hours)
- 📈 Receive direct supervision from BCBA-D level clinicians
- 🎓 Opportunities for BCBA supervision, mentorship, and research experience
- 🧠 Specialized training, including the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program
