- Supervise cleaning staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Implement best practices in custodial care to promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
- Collaborate with management to develop efficient housekeeping management strategies that enhance overall cleanliness standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel cleaning services is preferred.
