Job Summary
Straight Line Source is a leading Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) provider specializing in fast, flexible funding solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We are actively seeking an experienced MCA Sales Manager who will lead a sales team while actively closing deals.
This role is designed for professionals who understand the MCA space, are comfortable working with business owners, and can manage deals from initial contact through funding. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales agents, while also handling your own book of business. You will set the standard for performance, professionalism, and results.
Duties
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting junior sales agents
- Help drive team performance through best practices and coaching
- Handle inbound and outbound MCA leads
- Qualify business owners and assess funding needs
- Present and explain MCA products clearly and accurately
- Structure deals and work with underwriting to secure approvals
- Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management
- Consistently meet or exceed funding and revenue targets
- Represent Straight Line Source professionally and ethically

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the MCA industry (required)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales team
