We are looking for a strong detail orientated Accounts Receivable Specialist, who understands the importance of customer relations while resolving discrepancies
in a positive and timely manner. This role will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records while providing constant support and communication to our long-term
and valued customers.
Duties include:
- Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer payments
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

- Previous 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software, for data entry and reporting
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and technical accounting concepts
- Familiarity with general accounting practices (GAAP) and credit analysis procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding and recording financial transactions
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions
