Residential Construction Laborer

**Job Opportunity: Laborers/Job Site Assistants at Straight Line General Contractors**

Straight Line General Contractors is seeking laborers/helpers to join our team. We primarily focus on residential contracting, although we occasionally take on commercial projects. If you have experience and are not considered a "Laborer".

We also have positions OPEN for EXPERIENCED guys. ***Pay would be higher than what is listed for our Laborer position.

**Position Requirements**

- A valid driver's license

- Essential tools, including a tool belt

- Reliable transportation

- Applicants should have foundational knowledge of common construction tools and their safe, effective use.

**Work Schedule**

- Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

**Location**

- Our office is located in Elma, but job sites may include Orchard Park, East Aurora, and surrounding areas.

**Compensation**

- Salary will be based on experience. $19-$21.00

**Job Responsibilities**

- Assist with demolition, site preparation, active construction, and cleanup for remodels, additions, and new builds.

- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials under the supervision of a lead contractor.

- Assist in general labor duties as assigned, including drywall installation, framing, insulation, windows, doors, cabinetry, and tile flooring.

- Work in both interior and exterior conditions.

- Provide top-quality service to our clients while keeping their homes protected and tidy during construction.
