Job Description:
Construction Laborers would perform work under a Lead. We would like you to have a general understanding of construction, but will teach you specific skills. A good, motivated work ethic is something desired as well.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Assist the Construction Lead and follow the tasks that you are given.
- Understand the basics of construction materials and how they are used.
- Be detail orientated with a solid work ethic.
Skills & Experience Preferred: This is what you will learn working here.
- Understand how to properly use construction tools, both hand and power.
- Insulation
- Drywall hanging & finishing
- Painting
- Trim/casing install
Qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication
- Valid driver’s license
