PROGRAM DIRECTOR/Case Manager- Strafford Pathways Academy, a new program for students with autism is opening in the fall of 2026.

Strafford Learning Center is seeking a motivated Program Director for a new program that will focus on small classes of students with autism. This K-7 program will include BCBAs, Behavior Paraprofessionals, Special Education and Regular Education teachers, related service staff and a full-time Program Director/Case Manager. Our team embraces Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), a modern Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach focusing on safety, dignity, and rapport, It identifies the specific reinforcers for problem behavior (PFA) and teaches communication, tolerance, and coping skills (SBT) to create "Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged" (HRE) learners.
Certification in Special Education, or Statement of Eligibility in hand required. Administrative experience and certification for Principal or Special Education Administrator a plus.
