Strafford Pathways Academy, a new program for student with autism is seeking special education and regular elementary teachers.

Strafford Learning Center is seeking teachers for a new program that will focus on small classes of students with autism. This K-7 program will include BCBAs, Behavior Paraprofessionals, Special Education and Regular Education teachers, related service staff and a full-time Program Director/Case Manager. Our team embraces Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), a modern Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach focusing on safety, dignity, and rapport, It identifies the specific reinforcers for problem behavior (PFA) and teaches communication, tolerance, and coping skills (SBT) to create "Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged" (HRE) learners.
