StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full-time, highly skilled Program Analyst, Journeyman (Scheduler) in Patuxent River MD, to provide direct support to a NAVAIR Program Management Aviation (PMA) office. The Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support acquisition, development, test, production, and sustainment activities across the program lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, and the ability to work closely with engineers, logisticians, financial analysts, and program leadership. The Program Analyst, Journeyman (Scheduler) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project (MSP) in accordance with NAVAIR and DoD scheduling standards
- Integrate inputs from IPT leads and functional stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and traceability
- Conduct schedule analysis including critical path, schedule risk assessments, slip analysis, and what-if modeling
- Support the creation of program planning documents, milestones, and reporting requirements (e.g., IMP/IMS, acquisition documentation, monthly status reports)
- Ensure alignment of schedule activities with program cost, risk, and technical baselines
- Prepare and present schedule status briefs to government leadership and program stakeholders
- Maintain configuration control of all schedule products and support audit/documentation requirements
- Assist with development of metrics and dashboard reporting to track program health
- Coordinate with contractor and government teams to ensure timely data updates and schedule synchronization

Experience Requirements:
- 3–10 years of scheduling experience (DoD or Federal preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, including resource loading, dependencies, and baseline management
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, preferably NAVAIR
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate schedule impacts to non-technical audiences
- Clear understanding of critical and driving paths
Desired Experience:
- Experience with NAVAIR program offices, IPT processes, and PMT reporting structures
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, One Pager and Power BI
- Working knowledge of DoDI 5000 series acquisition lifecycle and associated milestone requirements
- Experience developing or managing Integrated Master Plans (IMP)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced PMA environment
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset and stakeholder engagement skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
