StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD. The Configuration Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for but no limited to the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:

- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs.
- Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data.
- Tracks configuration changes.
- Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals.
- Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a NAVAIR configuration management environment.
- Experience with CM/DM of software intensive programs and working with Technical Development Packages
- Experience in the NAVAIR development and tracking of ECPs, TDs, and RFVs
- Experience utilizing the Enterprise Change Management Tool
- Experience coordinating Configuration Change Board presentations to leadership
- Ability to work independently while managing emerging deadlines
Education Requirements:
- MA/MS degree in a business, management, or technical discipline.
- Allowable Substitution:
- Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.orAssociate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.orSix (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.

- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
