About the Role

This is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of customers, product, and technology. You'll work closely with users to understand their most important challenges, implement solutions, and help drive successful adoption of the platform. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to shape product direction and ensure customers are realizing meaningful value.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with customers to understand workflows, priorities, and operational challenges
• Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows, integrations, and technical solutions

What We're Looking

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, strategic, or technical solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving initiatives to complete
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Technical experience, coding ability, or familiarity with data and software systems is a plus
