We are hiring a Director of Strategic Alliances (Salesforce) for one of our clients in the ISV ecosystem.
Location: Hybrid – mostly remote – occasional onsite (around once weekly, in San Jose)
Candidates should ideally be based in San Jose or San Francisco Bay area. Alternatively - Bellevue, Chicago, New York may be considered.
Travel: up to 20-25%

Role Overview: This person will build, activate, and scale relationships with Global and Summit Salesforce SI partners. You will work across partner executives, practice leaders, and practitioners to embed the product into how Salesforce Agentforce, Data 360, Platform Optimization, and Enterprise Data Governance programs are evaluated, sold, and delivered.

Experience Needed
- 7 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem in partner, alliances, business development
- 3 years of experience working with SIs
- Demonstrated experience in activation, driving adoption in presales and/or delivery, embedding a product or capability into partner-led deals
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce PAMs to drive partner engagement and scale
- Ability to run product demos and communicate business value (does not require deep hands-on implementation experience)
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management, data integration, data quality challenges
- Experience working for a Salesforce ISV and supporting a partner-led go-to-market motion
- Experience supporting or influencing Data Cloud / Data 360, AI, or analytics-driven initiatives within Salesforce or SI environments
