Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer - AI-Powered Insurtech

Location: NYC, in-person 5 days/week

Compensation: $200K - $270K Equity

Your Role

  • Build and scale our core product as an early engineer.
  • Develop AI-driven tools to automate workflows for Insurers.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team in a high-impact, in-person environment.

We’re Looking For

  • Experience in backend development (Python/TypeScript preferred).
  • Expertise in building scalable systems and working with AI/ML tools.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and shaping a product from the ground up.
