Required Skills
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales, with experience hunting new logos in a B2B SaaS setting
- Strong ability to understand and articulate complex pain points related to legal, compliance, and marketing workflows
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as FinTech, healthcare, or insurance is a plus
- Experience selling compliance or legal tech solutions
- Knowledge of AI-powered SaaS platforms
- Existing network within regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise or SMB clients
- Willingness to travel as needed, including quarterly team meetings in NYC
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks for SMB clients or up to 6 months for enterprise deals
- Confidence in managing an annual quota of approximately $1 million
