The Role
You'll partner closely with customer stakeholders to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that create measurable value. Along the way, you'll collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in the evolution of the platform.
What We're Looking for
- 2–6 years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, strategic, or technical role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, data products, or AI-enabled solutions
- Familiarity with technical concepts, APIs, data workflows, or analytics tools
