Summary Description
This position provides administrative support for the operations of the Auditor's Office and performs related administrative, secretarial, and customer service duties related to real estate and election functions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Answers a multi-line telephone system; provides information and assistance or routes calls to appropriate staff.
- Processes voter registrations by mail, in-person, and through DOT registration forms.
- Prints and prepares voter registration cards and mails to registered voters.
- Processing voters on election day; sets up and tears down equipment at the end of the day.
- Processes deceased voter and duplicate voter records; processes National Change of Address records.
- Scans all documents pertaining elections and attached them to proper voter record.
- Scans received ballot affidavit envelopes.
- Assists temporary employees with absentee ballot request and voter registration process.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.
- Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
