This rapidly growing U.S. based clean energy developer is looking for a Director of Construction to build and lead a high-performing national construction organization. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll own safety, quality, delivery, and scalability across our growing project portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Lead and scale in-house crews and subcontractors nationwide
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery through smart planning and execution
- Improve construction processes to increase efficiency and capacity
- Oversee schedules, costs, quality control, and compliance
- Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure project success
What you bring
- Proven experience building, training, and leading high-performance teams.
- Construction management experience.
- Experience in solar and/or electrical infrastructure construction (preferred).
- Knowledge of permitting, codes, interconnection, and GC requirements.
