I’m currently partnered with an innovative company in the data center infrastructure space that’s redefining cooling technology through advanced two-phase refrigerant systems.
They’re looking to bring on a Controls Engineer to support the full lifecycle of cutting-edge cooling products.
This is a highly hands-on role sitting at the intersection of controls, electrical design, and thermal systems.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop control systems for next-gen cooling technologies
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Program and implement control software
- Support testing data analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, service, and applications teams
- Troubleshoot and support deployed systems in the field
🧠 What They’re Looking For
- 5 years in controls engineering (or 3 years in HVAC/refrigeration controls)
- Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Carel preferred)
- Strong background in electrical design CAD (SolidWorks Electrical a plus)
- Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet, SNMP
- Exposure to cooling systems, refrigerants, or HVAC equipment is a big plus
- Ability to work hands-on across the full product lifecycle
